  1. Read the frame Do not carry past, future, and present as one weight. Confine the demand to this moment and this part.
  2. Name the situation Name the whole thing that feels beyond you.
  3. Examine each lens Which pieces are actually present now?
  4. Record what you notice What in this present piece is beyond endurance?
  5. Choose the next action What is the next small part to meet?
